(Artistic Director & Producer) Bicoastal producer, director and casting director who has worked around the world in theatre, TV, film and opera. As the Founder and Artistic Director of KOTA for over 20 years, Laura has directed/produced NY productions of A Little Princess, Disney's Camp Rock, Annie Warbucks, Disney's High School Musical, Madeline's Christmas, and more. Creator & producer of Lyrics for Life. Select TV/film credits: Just Roll With It and Sydney to the Max (Disney Channel), Home Team (Netflix), NBCUniversal's The Sound of Music Live! and Lincoln Rhyme: Hunt for the Bone Collector. (Music Director) Alex-Renèe Davies is an East-Coast based vocal coach with a heart for seeing performers thrive in their unique vocal gifts and find their artistic identity. Her students have been seen on Broadway and beyond in shows such as The Lion King, Frozen, Annie, Matilda, A Bronx Tale, Tina, Anastasia, Les Miserables, The King and I, A Christmas Story, The Who's Tommy, and the revival of Gypsy. She loves to see her students make good bolder in the industry as they grow in technique, artistry, character, and confidence.

(Choreographer) Jeorgi is a professional actress, director, and choreographer. Notable professional production credits: Camp Rock at Theater Row, (Director & Choreographer), High School Musical Youth Production at Theater Row (Director), Knight at the Museum at the Laurie Beechman Theater (Director), A Little Princess & Annie Warbucks at the Pershing Square Signature Center (Choreographer), Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer at The Growing Stage (Associate Director), and the film adaptation of The Monster Who Ate My Peas (Choreographer).
