Mandy Sad is a school counselor at Paterson Elementary. She is so “happy” to be performing in Steel Magnolias; it’s a dream come true! Her two favorite shows that she has performed in include, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever and The Savannah Sipping Society. As always, she appreciates the support from Travis, Colby, Ruby and her family and friends who come to support her.

Stacy is happily making her debut in theater for the first time in her life. She set out to prove a point to her teens about auditions and just doing your best by putting your “all” into it. She is excited to be starting this new chapter in her life with such a classic play / favorite movie. She is thankful for the support of all her family and friends.

Jayme Hillyer is a Jacksonville Native and full time School Counselor in Clay County. She attended Douglas Anderson majoring in theatre. She has performed in productions such as “Dracula” and “Vanya, Sonya, Masha and Spike” at Players By The Sea. Jayme is excited and honored to be playing Shelby.

as M'Lynn Eatenton
Lynnette is making her Island Theater debut as M'Lynn. She has been involved in theater for over three decades. Some of her favorite roles have been Amalia in She Loves Me, Abigail in The Crucible, and Crystal in The Women. Lynnette enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters and is very involved in her Church. Her favorite leisure activity is riding her bicycle on the beach.
