Pippin - April 26 - May 03, 2025

Westhill High School

 End Notes

It is such an honor to be back at Westhill directing these incredible students again. They have been absolutely wonderful to work with.

The story of Pippin is one we all can relate to. Every one of us follows a similar path to find our purpose–that thing that makes our life fulfilling. For me, that magical thing is being able to work with young people in this way and watch each of them learn and grow while creating an incredible production. It is what gets me out of bed every morning, and it gives me indescribable joy. I am truly thrilled to be able to bring this experience to the Northstar Playmakers, and I hope watching them on the stage brings joy to your heart as well.

A big thank you to the entire Westhill team for their support and assistance, especially Nicole Kittleman, Adrian Corbo, Rob Ayala, Mike Rinaldi, and Blair Roberts.

Finally, a huge thanks to the parents for their tireless work behind the scenes. We could not do this without them.

Enjoy the show!

It is with great excitement and pride that I welcome you to this weekend's performance of Pippin, presented by our talented Northstar Playmakers.

This beloved musical, with its captivating story and enchanting music, invites us to explore the themes of self discovery, adventure, and the quest for meaning in our lives. The dedication and hardwork that our students have put into this production are truly commendable. From the actors who bring the characters to life, to the crew members who ensure that every detail is perfect, this performance is a testament to their creativity, passion, and teamwork. I encourage you to support them wholeheartedly as they take the stage tonight.

The arts play a vital role in our school community, fostering not only talent but also collaboration, confidence, and resilience. I am continually amazed by the creativity and commitment our students demonstrate, and I am grateful for the support of our wonderful faculty, staff, and families who make these experiences possible.

As you enjoy the show, I invite you to immerse yourself in the magic of theater. Let the music, dance, and storytelling transport you to a world of imagination and inspiration.

Thank you for being here to celebrate the arts with us. Your presence supports our students and reinforces the importance of creativity in our lives.

Break a leg, Northstar Playmakers!

Warm regards,

Mike Rinaldi, Westhill High School Principal
